Intro Becomes a Teenager!
Today sees the 13th birthday of Intro Personnel! It has been an amazing journey since Stuart Nicholson and Rob Hulse set the business up to work from Stuart’s dining room in September 2010! Neither of us knew what the future held but we hoped that the years of experience we had amassed from recruiting in North Staffordshire would stand us in good stead and so it has proved.
There have been many highlights along the way including the move into our first premises at Synchro House in 2012; building a great Intro team over the years; setting up Intro Personnel Permanent Recruitment in 2015: achieving £1 million in sales for the first time in 2018; buying (and renovating) our own office on Hassell Street before finally moving into the new HQ in October 2019; and developing our new website in 2023. Along the way, we have recruited staff for over 140 different companies across the region and placed in excess of 1,200 local candidates into temporary and permanent positions. Something we are rightly very proud of!
We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us in the last 13 years. It would not have been possible to get this far without so much support and is much appreciated!
As part of our birthday celebrations, we will be closing our office at lunchtime today to enjoy an afternoon of team bonding, including clay pigeon shooting, food and drink (not all at the same time!)
