CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR  

NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME

FULL TIME

9AM – 5PM MON-FRI

PERMANENT

£28-£30K DOE 

THE ROLE

• Actively coordinating as primary liaison between various stakeholders to ensure customer deliverables are completed on time, according to pre-agreed milestones
• Dealing with a wide range of enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery and to successfully achieve KPI targets
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across multiple platforms to support decision making and allow for reliable reporting
• Analysing customer data to identify trends and insights
• Preparing regular reports on customer engagement metrics and performance
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both customers and international stock hubs through regular communication and engagement, proactively identifying customer needs
• Identifying client shipping requirements and coordinating successful deliveries
• Utilise data and AI tools to drive continuous improvement and internal efficiencies to optimise the customer experience

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• Proven experience in a busy customer orientated role with strong communication skills
• A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Highly organised, strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a small team and individually
• A high level of IT literacy, with a particular focus on MS Excel
