SALES ADMINISTRATOR
STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME HOURS 8.30AM – 5PM MON/FRI
SOME HOME WORKING AVAILABLE AFTER TRAINING PERIOD

THE ROLE
- Providing timely response to customer enquiries using via email and telephone
- Receipt of customer order and inputting accordingly
- Issuing of invoices and other supporting documents
- Maintenance of usage reports including transaction reporting
- Accurate entry of data into all company in-house CRM systems and maintaining the integrity of records
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience within a sales, logistics or supply chain support function is desirable
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential in order to respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience of inputting data quickly and accurately
- Strong attention to detail
