Marketing & Sales Support Administrator; Stone, Staffordshire; £27-32K depending on skills / experience

A specialist ceramics manufacturing business is looking to recruit a creative individual to support their office operation.

The Marketing & Sales Support Administrator is a varied role providing;

  • High-level administrative support, acting proactively to manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel and support special projects and presentations.
  • Marketing and sales activities - Assisting with event planning (webinars, trade shows, client meetings) including logistics and materials.
  • On-brand design assets using Adobe suite including InDesign & Photoshop. Design, edit and produce marketing collateral: such as brochures, bulletins, presentations and social media posts ensuring brand consistency across all communication.

Those applying for the Marketing & Sales Support Administrator vacancy should have;

  • Previous experience of working in an office-based administrative role, using software such as MS Office / CRM.
  • Skilled with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; strong layout, typography and image-editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, including proof-reading skills and discretion handling confidential information.
  • Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
