PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
STOKE ON TRENT
PERMANENT
FULL TIME
UP TO £28K DOE
THE ROLE
- Working closely with key suppliers to ensure correct flow of orders
- Managing production plan to ensure that production team are fully utilised at all times
- Ordering of stock and managing the order book
- Liaising with stores department regarding stock levels
- Printing and issuing production sheets
- Approving invoices for payment
- Checking collection notes are completing
- Providing administrative support to office team when required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in a production planning or scheduling role would be preferred
- Strong communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Good IT skills, specifically MS Excel
