Warehouse FLT Operative; Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire; £14.20 - £14.80 per hour, plus excellent overtime rates

A market-leading, International Fluid Manufacturer is recruiting. This company produces a range of high performance, specialist products for a diverse and interesting range of industrial applications. They are enjoying an extremely busy year and are looking to recruit a Warehouse FLT Operative for their brand-new warehouse facility. 

Job Purpose 

  • To be working a 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm shift pattern, carrying out FLT and warehousing duties, accurately picking and assembling loads, supplying stock to production departments, using a barcoding scanner system, ensuring the daily schedules are met to meet customer demand, maintaining accuracy and quality standards in line with the final order requirements.

Job Details, Skill & Experience 

  • Counter-balance FLT duties
  • Picking orders, stock control
  • Unloading / loading bulk products and pallets into racking and lorries, building and securing palletised consignments
  • Good level of HSE awareness.
  • Good behavioural and team working skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to shift patterns and overtime, when required.
  • Current or refreshed counter-balance FLT licence
