The purpose of this role is to support the Finance Controller in accounting duties covering aspects of financial and accounting administration and purchase ledger.
PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK
LEEK AREA
FULL TIME HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY
TEMPORARY
£13.20-£15 PER HOUR depending upon experience.
THE ROLE
- Processing of accounts payables ledger and vendor invoices, ensuring invoices are cleared within the given deadline
- Dealing with all general enquiries from both internal and external sources
- Processing of bank transactions
- Providing support to the accounts department
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience of working in a Purchase Ledger role
- Knowledge of SAP systems would be advantageous
- A good level of IT literacy
