PRODUCTION PROCESS OPERATOR

STOKE ON TRENT

FULL TIME – DAYS

07:30-16:00 MON-THURS AND 08:00 - 14:00 FRIDAY 

PERMANENT

£25-£26K PER ANNUM PLUS COMPANY BONUS

THE ROLE

• Safely and efficiently producing products according to industry standards and company procedures
• Conducting routine safety checks and maintenance of equipment
• Ensuring accurate labelling and documentation of finished goods
• Quality inspection of products before and after manufacturing process
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while operating in a high-pressure environment
• Working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory and distribution
• Assisting with loading/unloading of goods for shipment and delivery
• Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in production filling or similar roles is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
