MON - 08:50AM - 19:30PM

TUES,WEDS, THURS 08:50AM - 17:20PM

FRI  - 08:50AM- 15:20PM 

OR

MON – THURS (40 HOURS)

08:50AM-19:30PM 

£28,840 PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION 

THE ROLE

Working in a busy office environment, the duties of this exciting role are as follows:

• Upselling of products to both returning and first time B2B and B2C customers
• Managing sales pipelines through active warm lead generation
• Schedule call backs for customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to convert leads to customers
• Manage inbound queries or transfer to relevant departments and update systems with notes and any other processes that need to be followed
• Use of CRM & other systems to measure success and track call history data

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience within an outbound telesales or telemarketing environment
• Excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure
• Good IT and typing skills (including Excel)
