MARKETING MANAGER
BIRMINGHAM
FULL TIME (3 DAYS OFFICE BASED, 2 DAYS WFH)
PERMANENT
UP TO £50K DOE PLUS BONUS AND BENEFITS
THE ROLE
- Responsible for planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support product awareness and lead generation
- Support the launching of new products, coordinating promotional efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing platforms
- Developing marketing collateral, including website content, presentations (PowerPoint), social media content, and email campaigns
- Designing and updating website pages and landing pages, ensuring the site is visually appealing and aligned with branding
- Managing and optimising the company’s LinkedIn presence by creating engaging posts
- Conducting research to understand customer trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimise future efforts
- Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, driving integrated campaigns and messaging
- Organising and managing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be advantageous but not essential
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably with product marketing or brand management
- Exposure to an international/corporate client base
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience in creative design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Web design experience (basic HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with content management systems like WordPress, Squarespace)
- Experience managing LinkedIn accounts and creating engaging content
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and innovation
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms is desirable
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
