ECOMMERCE ADMINISTRATOR
WINSFORD

THE ROLE
- Input and maintain product data accurately using internal systems and Microsoft Excel
- Conduct product research to ensure all content is relevant, informative, and tailored to the intended audience
- Proof read and edit content to ensure 100% accuracy, professional tone, and readability
- Create accurate and engaging product content, including writing product descriptions and selecting appropriate images
- Share key product and content information across departments in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay up to date with product areas, including new releases, features, and category-specific trends
- Maintain and regularly update process documentation within your area of responsibility
- Ensure consistency across all content, including tone, style, formatting, and imagery.
- Manage multiple content requests simultaneously, prioritising workload based on team and business needs
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in an administrative, content, or data entry role, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or a commercial environment
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) or eCommerce platforms would be highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for data input and basic analysis
- Experience creating or managing written content would be preferred
- Familiarity with SEO principles or digital marketing concepts is desirable
