Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator
Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire
£28,000-32,000 depending on skills / experience
Full Time, Permanent, 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 3pm finish on Fridays
A Specialist Manufacturing company who supply their products into industries including Aerospace, Food Processing, Marine and Power Generation is recruiting for a Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator.
Duties of the Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator:
- Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and track order progress
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and service
- Generate reports and gather market insights for the sales team
- Support marketing initiatives; exhibitions, and branded materials
What We’re Looking for the Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator:
- Experience in a customer service or marketing support role, ideally in manufacturing
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Proficient in CRM systems
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Google Suite advantageous.
