Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator

Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire

£28,000-32,000 depending on skills / experience            

Full Time, Permanent, 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 3pm finish on Fridays

A Specialist Manufacturing company who supply their products into industries including Aerospace, Food Processing, Marine and Power Generation is recruiting for a Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator.

Duties of the Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator:

• Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and track order progress
• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and service
• Generate reports and gather market insights for the sales team
• Support marketing initiatives; exhibitions, and branded materials

What We’re Looking for the Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator:

• Experience in a customer service or marketing support role, ideally in manufacturing
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Proficient in CRM systems
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of Google Suite advantageous.
