CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR  

WINSFORD

FULL TIME 8AM – 4PM MON-FRI PLUS 1 X WEEKEND IN 4 (DAYS IN LIEU GIVEN) 

TEMPORARY TO END OF YEAR (POSSIBLE PERMANENT CONTRACTS AVAILABLE)

£12.21 PER HOUR 

THE ROLE 

  • Providing a wide range of support to busy customer service team
  • Handling high volume of customer enquiries via telephone relating to orders, refunds and returns
  • Responding to enquiries via email and social media
  • General administrative duties

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • Previous experience within a busy office based customer service role
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • A good level of IT literacy
