Administrator, Stoke on Trent, £26,000.
A Leading local Manufacturing company is looking to appoint an Administrator.
As an Order Administrator, you will be responsible for scheduling orders into the manufacturing schedule and providing administrative support to the Processing Department. This will be a varied role in which you will have to rely on your outstanding organisational and communication skills and will include the following responsibilities;
- Coordinating production workflow in accordance with material availability and labour capacity.
- Promptly address and action any supply chain issues and notify the relevant department of any delays.
- Promptly inform the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules due to breakdowns/delays.
- Liaise with the Production Manager, addressing issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption.
- Provide Purchasing with production dates for material requirements
- Booking on customer orders to the internal system, including vetting for missing standard information.
- Ordering materials required for production jobs.
- Batching work to the factory and printing factory reports and paperwork.
