CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR   

STOKE ON TRENT

FULL TIME

PERMANENT

£24,500 RISING TO £25,800 AFTER PROBATION PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS 

THE ROLE 

  • Raising quotations, processing sales orders and order fulfilment
  • Liaising with existing and new customers via telephone and email
  • Dealing with customer complaints addressing in line with company policies and procedures
  • Attend adhoc internal and external customer meetings 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • Previous experience within an office based customer service role is required
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • A good level of IT literacy to include MS Excel
