CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
WINSFORD
FULL TIME 8AM – 4PM MON-FRI PLUS 1 X WEEKEND IN 4 (DAYS IN LIEU GIVEN)
TEMPORARY TO END OF YEAR (POSSIBLE PERMANENT CONTRACTS AVAILABLE)
£12.21 PER HOUR
THE ROLE
- Providing a wide range of support to busy customer service team
- Handling high volume of customer enquiries via telephone relating to orders, refunds and returns
- Responding to enquiries via email and social media
- General administrative duties
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience within a busy office based customer service role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Highly organised and methodical
- A good level of IT literacy
