OUTBOUND SALES ADVISOR
CREWE
FULL TIME
SHIFTS AVAILABLE BETWEEN 8.50AM AND 7.30PM MON-FRI
PERMANENT
£28K PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE £35K)
THE ROLE
Working in a busy office environment, the duties of this exciting role are as follows:
- Upselling of products to both returning and first time B2B and B2C customers
- Managing sales pipelines through active warm lead generation
- Schedule call backs for customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to convert leads to customers
- Manage inbound queries or transfer to relevant departments and update systems with notes and any other processes that need to be followed
- Use of CRM & other systems to measure success and track call history data
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience within an outbound sales environment
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure
- Good IT and typing skills (including Excel)
