I started working in recruitment in the year 2000, having previously worked in financial services. Since then, I have found that no two days are the same and the satisfaction of helping someone find a new job they love or ensuring that a company finds that vital new member of their team is very rewarding! Having known my fellow Director Stuart for a number of years, we decided to set Intro Personnel up in September 2010 and the journey since then has been one of continued growth and success.
We are passionate about what we do but doing it properly, based on values of honesty, professionalism and respect. Outside of work, I am a long standing (suffering) Stoke City season ticket holder and also enjoy running, travelling with my family and a good night out!

Stuart
I have worked in the recruitment industry since 1999 and for around 25 of those years have recruited for companies in and around North Staffordshire, so it’s fair to say that I know the Potteries and it’s job market quite well!
I started working with Intro Personnel’s other Director Rob in the year 2000 and whilst we’ve worked at a few different companies since then, our mutual love for Stoke City Football Club forged a friendship outside of work, Intro Personnel was then founded in 2010 and we’re still both season tickets holders at Stoke! Away from Recruitment, I also enjoy fitness sessions and classes at the Gym and regard the island of Ibiza as a 2nd home! Finally, but most importantly to mention, is my 17 year-old daughter.
