TEMPORARY FILING ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR WHITCHURCH BASED COMPANY!
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
TEMPORARY – INITIALLY 3 WEEKS
£8.21 PER HOUR
Our client is looking for additional administrative support at their busy site in Whitchurch. Duties will include:
- Supporting the HR team with associated administration
- Updating and maintaining the company database
- Scanning documents
- General administrative support
Applicants for the Administrator role will ideally have previous administration experience. Immediate start for the successful applicant.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, allied to a good level of IT literacy to include MS office, particularly Excel.
Due to our client’s location, it is advisable for candidates to possess their own transport as access via public transport is very limited.
