RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR
NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME
FULL TIME
9AM TO 5PM MON-FRI
PERMANENT
UP TO £24K DOE

We are looking to strengthen our team with the appointment of a Recruitment Administrator.
THE ROLE
Supporting a busy office environment, this role will involve the following duties:
- Creating and updating electronic candidate and client records
- Administration of the company database and filing system
- Website content management
- Organising regular company mailshots and newsletters
- Posting job adverts and job board administration
- Assisting with weekly payroll of temporary workers
- Setting up of new temporary starters and processing of HMRC forms
- Assisting with client and candidate enquiries where relevant
- Resourcing of candidates for live temporary and permanent vacancies
- Providing administrative support to both the temporary and permanent recruitment teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Interested applicants should be enthusiastic, well-organised characters with a flexible attitude, a high level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills
- Administration experience gained from an office environment is also required
