Full Time Permanent 6am-3.30pm Mon-Thurs, 6am-1pm Fri.

A Specialist Manufacturing company who supply their products into industries including Aerospace, Food Processing, Marine and Power Generation is recruiting for a Production Manager.

The Production Manager role will have the following responsibilities;

• Production management – Overseeing the manufacturing operations through the day-to-day management of a Team Leader
• Quality Assurance – Maintain and improve quality control through the production process. Collaborate with the quality department on matters such as audits and continuous improvement.
• Supply Chain – Monitor stock shortages and work closely with colleagues in procurement and logistics to ensure adequate stock levels where possible.
• Health, Safety and Compliance – Ensuring a safe working environment and that processes / products conform to required industry / customer regulations.
• KPIs, Training and Development – reporting on KPIs to measure production and staff performance. Identifying knowledge gaps and training requirements.

• Successful experience of delivering effective, continuously improving production operations from a similar role
