Maintenance Engineer; Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire; circa £45,000 depending upon experience

One of North Staffordshire's leading manufacturing organisations is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to work 6-2.30 / 1.30-10 shifts. This award-winning and market-leading company invests heavily into their business and has a large range of modern machinery, in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

They are currently looking to strengthen their operations team with the appointment of a Maintenance Engineer. The role will involve;

• Machine breakdown diagnosis and resolution
• Maintenance and repairs of building services across the site
• Key contribution towards the company’s preventative maintenance strategy (TPM), including project work.

Applicants for the Maintenance Engineer vacancy should have;

Excellent mechanical knowledge in the areas of hydraulics and pneumatics. Experience of working with CNC machinery and electrical maintenance experience would be a distinct advantage. This is a fast-paced environment so applicants must be able to prioritise and keep objective and calm under pressure.
