TELESALES EXECUTIVE REQUIRED FOR STOKE ON TRENT COMPANY!
TELESALES EXECUTIVE
STOKE ON TRENT
PERMANENT
FULL TIME HOURS (3 DAYS OFFICE, 2 DAYS HOME BASED)
£28K PLUS BONUS (OTE £35K)
THE ROLE
- Identifying and developing B2B sales opportunities to fund new business targets
- Monitoring performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile and terms - agreeing and delivering action plans if variances occur
- Facilitating handover of new accounts to the relevant Account Owner within the first 1-3 months of trade
- Creating accurate opportunities through the CRM
- Obtaining all the correct documentation required to process client credit facilities to a minimum of ISO standard
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent communication skills together with an enthusiastic, professional telephone manner
- Previous experience of telemarketing, appointment making, telesales or proactive account management would be required
- Strong organisational skills allied to a good level of IT literacy
