This exciting role will involve defining and communicating our clients’ product vision and strategy aligned with their goals and market requirements. You will build relationships with stakeholders to identify customer needs, market trends, and understand the competitive landscape.
PRODUCT MANAGER
STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME PERMANENT
UP TO £45-£50K DOE
THE ROLE
- Conduct market research to identify customer product development needs and solutions
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to create detailed product specifications, developing and delivering high-quality products
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that the product meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget
- Address and resolve issues that arise during the development process and product lifecycle
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans with compelling product positioning and messaging
- Define product positioning, messaging, pricing and promotional strategies
- Ensure successful product launches and ongoing product adoption through training, support, and feedback mechanism
- Attend appropriate trade shows & events to support the brands
- Provide and update content for website & product catalogue as required
- Drive continuous improvement through measurement of performance through KPI’s
- Utilise market and internal data to drive informed decision making
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven knowledge and experience within Product Management, managing all aspects of a successful product ranges throughout their lifecycle.
- Excellent communicator (written & verbal) and highly analytical
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Highly motivated, results oriented individual
- Ability to travel in UK and oversees – hold full UK Driving License
