PRODUCT MANAGER

UP TO £45-£50K DOE

THE ROLE

• Conduct market research to identify customer product development needs and solutions
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to create detailed product specifications, developing and delivering high-quality products
• Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that the product meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget
• Address and resolve issues that arise during the development process and product lifecycle
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans with compelling product positioning and messaging
• Define product positioning, messaging, pricing and promotional strategies
• Ensure successful product launches and ongoing product adoption through training, support, and feedback mechanism
• Attend appropriate trade shows & events to support the brands
• Provide and update content for website & product catalogue as required
• Drive continuous improvement through measurement of performance through KPI’s
• Utilise market and internal data to drive informed decision making

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven knowledge and experience within Product Management, managing all aspects of a successful product ranges throughout their lifecycle.
• Excellent communicator (written & verbal) and highly analytical
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Highly motivated, results oriented individual
• Ability to travel in UK and oversees – hold full UK Driving License
