PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR LOCAL STOKE ON TRENT BASED COMPANY

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME

TEMPORARY

£13.50 PER HOUR

THE ROLE

  • Processing of timely and accurate weekly, monthly & 4 weekly payrolls for over 600 clients
  • Supporting colleagues with workflow demands
  • Extensive working knowledge of all payroll, pension legislation, (particularly auto enrolment) & GDPR regulations and providing subject matter expertise in relation to payroll best practice
  • Full end to end knowledge of all aspects of the payroll service, including reconciliations, reporting and BACS payments and ensuring all statutory requirements are met on behalf of the clients

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience within a payroll position is required
  • Strong background in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 and knowledge of Xero would be an advantage
  • Strong IT skills and experience in general office software packages
