Mechanical Design Engineer / CAD-CAM Modeller; Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire; up to £35K depending upon skills / experience

The Mechanical Design Engineer / CAD-CAM Modeller role will involve;

  • Using 3D software, designing and modelling sheet metal based and engineered mechanical solutions.
  • Working from customer drawings, specifications & briefs
  • New Product Development including design for manufacture and design for cost optimisation.
  • Working in a team environment contributing to the continuous improvement of the design department and the company’s day to day operations

Applicants for the Mechanical Design Engineer / CAD-CAM Modeller vacancy should ideally be;

Mechanical Engineers with experience of using SolidWorks software in a sheet metal or similar environment. Those applying should also demonstrate commitment and a great work ethic to be successful in this busy environment.
