Assembly Operative; Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire

Temporary to Permanent

Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm

£13.13 per hour

An award-winning Stoke-on-Trent based manufacturer is expanding. Over recent years this company has firmly established themselves as one of the UK’s leaders within their industry through their reputation for excellent quality products, but even though they have grown and invested significantly in recent times, the organisation has still retained their original principles that make this company a great place to work!

They are currently looking to expand their shop floor team with the appointment of an experienced Assembler.  The Assembly Operative will be responsible for:

  • Working in the assembly line area of the production process
  • Using a range of hand and power tools
  • QC checking finished products including using tapes and measures
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Experience of using power tools or handheld equipment is desirable although not essential as full training will be given.   The ideal candidate for the Assembly Operative role will have the desire to produce a quality product with a team effort in the assembly process.
