INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
STOKE ON TRENT AREA
FULL TIME HOURS
PERMANENT
UP TO £30K DOE PLUS EXCELLENT BONUS
THE ROLE
- Identifying new prospects using existing data and carrying out research from available sources
- Contacting and evaluating new leads via cold calling
- Account management duties
- Achieving sales targets, both financial and volume based
- Contacting and evaluating new leads
- Providing information and pricing information to new prospective customers
- Taking ownership of complex enquiries, following prospects through to completion
- Providing support to the Customer Services Team by quoting existing customers in a timely and accurate manner
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated success in a similar role within the manufacturing sector is required
- Exposure to a high pressure international sales environment would be preferable
- A scientific background would be considered advantageous but not essential
- Ability to adapt to work with a number of IT systems including Google, Salesforce and SAGE
- An ability to identify a root cause and offer a solution
- Excellent communication skills
