UP TO £65K PLUS £5K BONUS AND BENEFITS

THE ROLE

• Manage, mentor and motivate the Finance team
• Supervision of the preparation of month end accounts and VAT returns
• Ensure the completion of bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage the audit process and liaising with external personnel
• Oversee the preparation of year end statutory accounts
• Budgeting analysis & forecasting duties
• Undertake and provide timely and accurate financial statements, analyses, reports and recommendations
• Oversee tax and compliance
• Develop forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
• Ownership of, and responsibility for, credit management together with all reporting
• Develop and maintain detailed costing and pricing models for all key services and expenditure
• Support with any key, strategic FX activities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous similar experience within a pan-European group structure with a company turnover in excess of £50 million
• Qualified to either ACCA or CIMA level or similar
• Previous background in practice environment before moving into industry
• Experience of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
• Sage Intacct experience/background in Acquisitions/Private Equity experience/Finance systems upgrade/implementation would all be preferred
