CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME HOURS – 40 PER WEEK
12 MONTH CONTRACT
£25K

THE ROLE

• Handling requests from customers and business partners in a multi channel customer service environment
• Providing quotations, processing orders, dealing with queries and internal communication with other internal teams
• Providing resolution of issues and assessing when a contact requires escalation or referral to an expert
• Identifying sales opportunities for referral to the sales team
• Building strong long term relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of products, services and systems as required
• Managing work within KPI / target framework to optimise customer experience and productivity
• Providing administrative support to sales teams across all business lines

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Customer services and / or sales experience in a contact centre environment/digital environment (e.g. website support, web chat service etc.) would be desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and remain focused in target driven environment
• Willingness to learn about industry, products, customer and business partner requirements
• Ability to prioritise workload whilst working under pressure.
