Customer Service Administrator; up to £21K including bonus; Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
An international force within the process manufacturing sector is recruiting. This company is the global market leader in their field of expertise and has a huge client base across a variety of specialist markets. Due to continued strong performance the company is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for their busy Customer Services team.
The role will involve;
- Dealing with business customers by telephone and e-mail, processing orders using an ERP database
- Handling customer queries, providing product information and resolving occasional complaints
- Liaising with colleagues within manufacturing to ensure that product lead-times are accurate and achieved, resolving any related issues.
- Managing key customer accounts, promoting offers and new products.
Applicants should have an excellent telephone manner and experience of working within business-to-business Customer Services. Candidates should also be customer focussed and numerate with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
