CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME
8.30AM - 4.30PM MON-FRI
PERMANENT
£28-£30K DOE
THE ROLE
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement, proactively identifying customer needs
- Management of key B2B customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies
- Analysing customer data to identify trends and insights
- Preparing regular reports on customer engagement metrics and performance
- Utilise data to drive continuous improvement and optimise customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in customer service, account management or sales roles with strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Strong organisational skills
Applicants will ideally have access to their own transport as our clients’ location is not well served by public transport.
