This organisation now boasts over 250,000 members and is a regular award winner of prestigious industry accolades for the quality of the Healthcare Cash Plans and Healthcare Insurance they provide. As the popularity of the company continues to grow they are looking to recruit a Claims Assessor for their busy Claims department.

The main points of this interesting administration role are to;

Provide clerical and administrative support for the Claims department

Assist the rest of the team to achieve KPIs

Deliver a service to the customer in line with the comapny’s Treating Customers Fairly Conduct of Business Principles and Business Objectives

Contact medical practitioners and/or customers for confirmation of claims

Undertake investigations into potentially fraudulent claims

Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

 

Those applying should have;

  • Previous experience of working within Claims management or a regulated environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good standard of grammar and spelling with attention to detail and a minimum education grade of GCSE C in Maths & English (A-levels / Higher Education qualifications will supersede this)
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative and with others in a small team
