Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage the ecommerce presence of our clients’ 3D website and continue to grow their market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product range, monitoring pricing competitiveness and margin, as well as working with the marketing team to promote the brand.

UP TO £35K DOE  

THE ROLE

  • Taking responsible for the ecommerce performance of the 3D brand in the UK
  • Understanding main traffic sources (PPC, SEO, Email, Social, Video, Affiliate etc) and work with the Head of Marketing & in house marketing team to maximise performance through these channels
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and ensure products are priced appropriately in accordance with margin requirements
  • Be responsible for maintaining the website content and product-related website administration utilising the internal system
  • Work with content writers to continually add fresh, content that resonates with users (while being aware of SEO best practice)
  • Work closely with the Buyer and colleagues in the Netherlands to ensure the product range is available via the website
  • Produce a monthly report for the Head of Marketing with a performance update of the brand (utilising Google Analytics & internal reporting software along with your insights)
  • Manage a Customer Service & Admin Assistant, with the view to expanding the team in the future
  • Work closely with counterparts in The Netherlands, as well as forming strong relationships with heads of department within the UK business, to further the brand

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Commercially aware – focused on growing revenue and profitability
  • Experience of managing a small team
  • Previous experience working on ecommerce brands in a hands-on capacity
  • Knowledge of digital marketing such as PPC, Email, SEO, Social, Video and Affiliate
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP )
  • A basic understanding of html
