FULL TIME 9AM – 5PM MON-FRI
TEMPORARY TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE (UP TO 12 MONTHS)

THE ROLE
- Servicing all existing and new customer accounts to ensure effective and efficient delivery to the client base
- Preparing of quotations
- Processing of customer orders and tracking progress accordingly
- Dealing promptly and efficiently with all enquiries from customers within 48 hours
- Actioning any customer complaints and ensuring they are addressed in line with company policies and procedures
- Dealing with any product defects, breakdowns or returns
- Providing administrative support
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience within an office based customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A good level of IT literacy to include MS Excel
- Experience of using CRM systems would be advantageous
