STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME 9AM – 5PM MON-FRI

TEMPORARY TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE (UP TO 12 MONTHS)
£24.5K

 THE ROLE

  • Servicing all existing and new customer accounts to ensure effective and efficient delivery to the client base
  • Preparing of quotations
  • Processing of customer orders and tracking progress accordingly
  • Dealing promptly and efficiently with all enquiries from customers within 48 hours
  • Actioning any customer complaints and ensuring they are addressed in line with company policies and procedures
  • Dealing with any product defects, breakdowns or returns
  • Providing administrative support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience within an office based customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • A good level of IT literacy to include MS Excel
  • Experience of using CRM systems would be advantageous
