Intro Personnel’s Highlights of 2015!
2015 proved to be an exciting year for Intro Personnel as we continued to expand our business:
Due to continued success and our requirements, in January we entered into partnership with one of the UK’s leading job boards.
In February we were invited to work with KMF, a local successful manufacturing business, to support a local school during their Young Engineer of the Year Award (the final was presented in July 2015).
During May Intro Personnel celebrated the one year anniversary of Nichola Hubball and Melissa Fenton joining the business.
In June Intro Personnel Ltd announced the creation of a second company, Intro Personnel Permanent Recruitment Ltd. The new business was created to focus on recruiting for permanent roles whilst the original company Intro Personnel Limited continued to recruit for temporary and temporary-permanent vacancies.
In July, Nichola Hubball was awarded an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration following the completion of her apprenticeship in June and started to study for the Level 3 NVQ.
August saw the end of our 5th financial year, during which we placed a record number of candidates in new permanent and temporary roles and enjoyed our most successful year to date.
In September we celebrated Intro Personnel’s 5th birthday and the start of our 6th financial year.
In October, work started on our brand new company database, another example of our businesses improvement strategy.
Due to continued success in November Intro Personnel appointed a new recruitment consultant, Janette Pickford to head up our temporary recruitment division which specialises in recruiting for temporary and temporary-permanent vacancies in the areas of office commercial and finance, technical engineering and production/warehousing.
In December we presented our annual temporary worker of the year award to Paul, an excellent Process Operator who started working for our client in October 2014 and is still working for the same company in 2016.
