The Economy is Gathering Momentum!
Last month, job vacancies in the UK rose at their fastest pace for more than six years. According to a monthly survey of 400 job agencies by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and KPMG, temporary hiring’s rose at the fastest pace since 1998. It is expected that throughout the coming years the number of people unemployed in the UK will gradually begin to fall. There was also more positive news earlier in the week with George Osborne saying that ‘the UK economy is turning a corner’ and a director of CBI said ‘the economy is gathering some momentum, business confidence is rising and I expect growth to continue into the next year’.
This positive news is also reflected in how busy Intro Personnel remain, as we continue to recruit for a wide range of jobs in Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme and Staffordshire, for more information please click here.
