Update on the Love Gin event!

Update on the Love Gin event!

Friday 15th March was Gin Night at the Tillington Hall Stafford. The Love Gin event was sponsored by Intro Personnel with proceeds equally benefiting The Donna Louise Children’s Hospice & Katharine House Hospice, which are Intro Personnel’s 2 nominated charities.

Following a great deal of organising and hard work behind the scenes, from cutting up fruit to keeping thirsty supporters’ glasses full, the venue looked great, 220 attendees enjoyed a hugely successful event and hopefully there were not too many sore heads the following morning!

The final figures will be confirmed very soon but early predictions of the event raising £5K look likely to be smashed! Thank you very very much to everyone who supported the event!

Update on Intro’s new home!

Update on Intro’s new home!

Building work is continuing on the new Intro Personnel office.  A lot of the major  structural refurbishment has been completed and our collage shows the work in progress.  The  top left photograph shows the office last year before the project started.  As you can see, a lot has changed!  We are hopeful that the new office will be ready for us to move into by the summer of 2019 and we will continue to provide exciting updates as we progress towards this.

Intro Personnel Anniversary!

Intro Personnel Anniversary!

This week sees the 4 year anniversary of Melissa Fenton joining Intro Personnel.  Melissa has worked for over 15 years in recruitment and her role at Intro Personnel is to identify suitable candidates for our wide range of temporary and permanent roles and to conduct telephone and face to face interviews to assess suitability for relevant positions.  Melissa has made a highly valued contribution to Intro Personnel’s year on year success and we would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her continued hard work.

Happy anniversary Melissa!

The Intro Guide to Interviews

The Intro Guide to Interviews

Last week saw “The Job Interview” air on Channel 4 which was compulsive viewing for anyone who is currently looking for a new role.  The programme showed real life interviews for a variety of jobs and was an excellent guide on how to conduct an interview (and also how not to conduct an interview in some cases!)

Whilst interviews can sometimes seem a daunting prospect, the reality is often different and applicants who show a lot of enthusiasm and give relevant examples of their work will always create a good impression.  Intro Personnel work very closely with our candidates and clients all the way through the interview process to ensure that both parties are happy with the outcome.  We also have a section on our website which goes into interview preparation in more detail, https://www.intropersonnel.co.uk/interview-preparation/

If you are looking for a new role or looking to fill a temporary or permanent vacancy then please contact our recruitment team on 01782 413307.
